Do you want to create native pollinator habitat , but aren't sure where to start? The 2016 Cleveland Pollinator Symposium is coming up on October 22nd and will be sure to inspire you to make changes that will support healthy, ecologically diverse ecosystems. Ohio Prairie Nursery will be speaking at the event speaking about creating native habitat from seed and will have seed packets available for purchase.

Fall is also a great time for planting native plants and our friends at Avalon Gardens will be there with some amazing offerings.

One of the symposium highlights will be Claudia West's talk about Designing Plant Communities. Claudia West and Thomas Rainier recently authored Planting in a Post-Wild World, an acclaimed publication that advocates for a shift towards ecological plantings in our urban and suburban centers.

Check out the entire event schedule and get your questions ready for us! We'll be happy to answer them and we hope to see you there!
